Does anyone know a formula to sort a range by column heading ascending?
I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks, SteveO

Hi Steve,

Probably, but a clearer description of what you're trying to do would be helpful. A specific example would be best.

Columns can be sorted by the values in any row, and can be sorted repeatedly using the values in a number or rows. Each sort replaces the previous one, but does NOT change the previous order where values in the new key row are the same.

The same statement applies where the words "rows" and "columns" are interchanged.

Regards,
Barry

PS: Later edit—my comments apply directly to AppleWorks, rather than iWork/Pages. Just noticed this question is in the iWork forum. Others may have more specific information.
